  • Burk Parsons

    Burk Parsons

    Dr. Burk Parsons serves as Senior Pastor of Saint Andrew’s Chapel, and he is editor of Tabletalk, the monthly magazine of Ligonier Ministries where he has served since 1999. He is a Ligonier Ministries Teaching Fellow, and he is an ordained minister in the Presbyterian Church in America. Dr. Parsons holds his master’s and doctoral degrees from Reformed Theological Seminary. His dissertation is titled “The Missio Dei and the Church: Towards Fulfilling the Great Commission through Ordinary Means of Grace Ministry.” He is author of Why Do We Have Creeds?, editor of Assured by God: Living in the Fullness of God’s Grace and John Calvin: A Heart for Devotion, Doctrine, and Doxology, and cotranslator and coeditor of A Little Book on the Christian Life by John Calvin. He also serves as an associate editor of the Reformation Study Bible. He speaks regularly at churches, conferences, and institutions throughout the United States and abroad and has contributed to various publications. He and his wife, Amber, live in Central Florida with their children.

  • Don Bailey

    Don Bailey

    Don Bailey serves as Associate Pastor at Saint Andrew’s Chapel. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Affairs from Florida State University and the Master of Divinity degree from Covenant Theological Seminary. He is an ordained minister in the Presbyterian Church in America and has served as a pastor since 2001 in St. Louis, MO and Orlando, FL. He and his wife Tracey have two children.

  • Kevin Struyk

    Kevin Struyk

    Kevin Struyk serves as Associate Pastor at Saint Andrew’s Chapel. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Covenant College in 2003 and the Master of Divinity degree from Reformed Theological Seminary in 2010. He is an ordained minister in the Presbyterian Church in America. He and his wife, Jenny, have three children.

  • Stephen Adams

    Stephen Adams

    Stephen Adams serves as Associate Pastor of Youth and Family Ministry. Along with other pastoral duties, he seeks to ensure that the youth and families of Saint Andrew's have the necessary resources to grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ through teaching, discipleship, and fellowship. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in biblical studies from Reformation Bible College in 2015 and the Master of Divinity degree from Reformed Theological Seminary in 2019. He is an ordained minister in the Presbyterian Church in America. He and his wife, Jessica, have four children.

  • Todd Alexander

    Todd Alexander

    Todd Alexander serves as Chief Musician and Dean of Conservatory at Saint Andrew's Chapel. He holds a Bachelor of Sacred Music degree from Moody Bible Institute in Chicago and a Master of Sacred Music degree from Emory University in Atlanta. Todd and his wife, Andria, have five sons.

  • Susan Bennett

    Susan Bennett

    Susan is the Women’s Ministry Coordinator for Saint Andrew’s Chapel. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Central Florida and a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from Stetson University. Susan has national certification in Biblical counseling and is licensed in Marriage and Family Therapy. Some of her responsibilities include overseeing the women’s ministry by training women to lead discipleship groups, teaching and coordinating Bible studies, and planning our yearly women’s conference. She and her husband, Charles, have five children.

  • Thomas Brewer

    Thomas Brewer

    Thomas serves as Director of Young Professionals Ministry at Saint Andrew's Chapel. Thomas graduated with a Bachelor's degree from the University of Oklahoma, and he holds a Master of Divinity degree from Reformed Theological Seminary. He is an ordained teaching elder in the Presbyterian Church in America. Thomas helps to lead Bible studies and fellowship events for young professionals. He and his wife, Megan, live in Sanford and have one child.

    

  • Sharon Chang

    Sharon Chang

    Sharon serves as Music Administrative and Conservatory Assistant at Saint Andrew's Chapel. She holds a Bachelor of Music degree from The Juilliard School and a Master of Music degree from Cleveland Institute of Music. Sharon and her husband, Young, are so grateful to the Lord for bringing them to Saint Andrew's Chapel.

  • Steve DeLoach

    Steve DeLoach

    Steve serves as the Church Administrator for Saint Andrew's Chapel. He was born and raised in Central Florida and earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida in 1999. After graduating, he worked for five years in the engineering field. In 2004, he switched careers to become a law enforcement officer and served at a local municipal agency for 19 years. Steve is an ordained ruling elder in the Presbyterian Church in America. He and his wife, Stephanie, have one daughter.

  • Chris Ebersole

    Chris Ebersole

    Chris serves as Youth Ministry Coordinator and Pastoral Administrative Assistant at Saint Andrew’s Chapel. He assists with various administrative tasks related to youth ministry and the pastors, including scheduling, organizing, and correspondence. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Reformation Bible College, and is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity degree from Greenville Presbyterian Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Melanie, have four children.

  • Amy Johnson

    Amy Johnson

    Amy has served on staff at Saint Andrew's Chapel since 2009. As Ministry Support Services Coordinator, Amy receives calls at the church, helps administer the office, and also aids in the bookstore. Amy received a Bachelor's degree from the University of Texas. She and her husband, Kyle, have three children.

  • Dan Kinkopf

    Dan Kinkopf

    Dan serves as the Church Sexton at Saint Andrew’s Chapel. He assists the pastors and helps prepare the sanctuary weekly for Lord’s Day worship. Dan has also served the people of Saint Andrew’s as a deacon since 2004. Dan is married to Dorothy and together they have two sons.

  • Philip Kinkopf

    Philip Kinkopf

    Philip serves as a Facility and Sound Coordinator at Saint Andrew’s Chapel. He graduated with a Bachelors degree in Advertising & Public Relations at the University of Central Florida. Philip assists the Facility and IT Manager with all aspects of facilities maintenance, repair, cleaning, as well as audio support for events in the sanctuary and fellowship hall. He and his wife, Samantha, live in Sanford, FL.

  • Betsy Kreamer

    Betsy Kreamer

    Betsy has served at Saint Andrew's Chapel since July 2012 as Children's Ministry Coordinator. She oversees and administrates necessary elements associated with the children's ministry, having been involved in youth and children's ministries for over 25 years. Betsy holds a Bachelor's degree from West Virginia University. She and her husband, Tom, have three children.

  • Doug Marchand

    Doug Marchand

    Doug has served at Saint Andrew's Chapel since July 2012 as Facility and IT Manager. He oversees, manages, and coordinates the maintenance of facilities, grounds, and equipment. Doug holds a Bachelor's degree in business from Warner University. Doug and his wife, Laurie, have six children.
     

  • Drew Pace

    Drew Pace

    Drew serves as the Organist at Saint Andrew’s Chapel. He received Undergraduate degrees in piano and music composition from the University of Central Florida, during which he began taking lessons on Saint Andrew’s then newly-installed organ. He went on to receive a Master’s degree in organ performance from the Westminster Choir College in Princeton, New Jersey, and served as a recitalist, church musician, and teacher before returning to Saint Andrew’s in 2020. Drew provides keyboard music for all services and rehearsals, assists the Chief Musician in managing instrumental aspects of the church’s music program, and directs the handbell choir. He and his wife Amanda have two children.

  • Ben Peters

    Ben Peters

    Ben serves as Pastoral Administrative Assistant at Saint Andrew’s Chapel. Ben assists with various administrative tasks related to the pastors, including scheduling, organizing, and correspondence. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from Moody Bible Institute, and is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity degree from Reformed Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Débora, live in Orange City and have one child.

  • Stassia Petersen

    Stassia Petersen

    Stassia has served at Saint Andrew's Chapel since October 2002 and currently serves as Director of Accounting and Human Resources. She holds Bachelor's degrees in Finance and Accounting from the University of Central Florida. Stassia helps with accounting, office procedures, and human resources. She and her husband, John, have two children.
